Every aspect of the making of Bao is a very artisanal process that is showcased in our quality Baos. Our Maoists train for months to learn the proper techniques which involve hand-weighing each piece of dough and ensuring consistency. We aim to garner accolades from foodies throughout Bangladesh by changing the culture of serving just gourmet burgers amidst the fast food category.
Our Baos are packed with unique flavor combinations that you will not find in a traditional burger. As well as the unique bao burgers, Bao will also sell soups, salads, and other unique savories & sweet tooths stemming from Pan Asian roots. Bao, which originated in China, has become extremely popular in London, and New York to name a few hot spots, and will not be any different this side of the pond!
