Our philosophy is simple. Pan Tao wants to give you the very best experience of the Thai homeland’s world-renowned cuisine. To achieve that, Pan Tao will use only the very finest and flavorsome ingredients, flown fresh from Thailand daily, indigenously prepared for you by our exclusive Thai chef, and served by our unfailingly charming and attentive staff. The intricate and personalized menu provides a tantalizing glimpse of the fare on offer.
Private Hire: Our illustrious, ground-floor, self-contained suite is available for private parties as well as corporate functions. A sleek, relaxing, and authentically designed space, it can accommodate up to 40 people for dining or can be arranged to suit specific needs.
Flavor: Chef Prawatee adheres to the four tastes of Thai Cooking throughout her menu — sweet, salty, spicy, and sour. “The key is not to do any of it in excess,” says Zafreen Khan. Instead of loading up on sweet flavors, we rely on Thailand’s traditional ingredients — Thai basil, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, chilis, and tamarind — to bring out the choicest flavors of each dish.
Catered spice: Curries are inherently spicy, but that being said, Pan Tao are only too happy to reduce the level of heat in our dishes to suit individual preferences. But if you’re a heat seeker, PAN TAO doesn’t shy away from peppers. In fact, our kitchen is stocked with the hottest pepper in the world — the ghost pepper. And if customers want their dish “nuclear hot,” Pan Tao is only too happy to oblige.
