মিরপুরের রাব্বানী হোটেলের গরু ভুনা মাংস!!
গরুর লাল ভুনা, কালা ভুনা তো অনেক খাওয়া হয় বিভিন্ন দোকানে। তবে এসবের ভিড়েও বছরের পর বছর নিজের অসাধারণত্ব ধরে রেখেছে রাব্বানী হোটেলের গরুর ভুনা মাংস। কিছুদিন আগেই টেক এ্যাওয়ে নিয়ে এসেছিলাম মিরপুরের জনপ্রিয় এ হোটেলটি থেকে। দামে, স্বাদে কিংবা পরিমাণে কেমন সবকিছুই চলুন জেনে নেওয়া যাক।

এ দামে বেশীরভাগ জায়গাতেই যেখানে আমাদের মাঝারি সাইজের ৪/৫ টুকরো মাংসেই সন্তুষ্ট থাকতে হয়, রাব্বানীতে সেখানে মিলবে ছোট ছোট সাইজের ১৪/১৫ টুকরো মাংস। সাইজে ছোট বলতে তেহারীতে যেমন মিলে, তার চেয়ে একটু বড় সাইজে। ছবিতে যতটুকু পরিমাণ দেখতে পাচ্ছেন, এটি ১৬০ টাকারই এক প্লেট। মাংসগুলো একদম তুলতুলে নরম না। একটু টেনে ছিড়তে হয়। হাড়-চর্বি খুব একটা পড়ে নি, যে দুই প্যাকেট এনেছিলাম একটিতেও। আর ভুনা ভুনা মসলা খুবই রিচ আর বেশ ঝাল। ভাতের সাথে মাখিয়ে নিলে একদম ঝাল ঝাল ভরপুর এক খাওয়া হবে। পরোটা দিয়েও এটা ভালো লাগার কথা। এমন এক প্লেট ভুনা মাংস গরম ভাতের সাথে বেশ জমেছে আমার কাছে।
Yesterday I posted another haleem details of Mirpur and a couple of you guys were interested in knowing did I try any more haleem in Mirpur and also was there any haleem that was just bad. So here I am with the last two haleem details of Mirpur that I tried, one of them being below average and the other one being just a horrible scam!
The beef haleem from Banalota(the one in the picture) is probably the only item I won't recommend from Banalota. They sell so many types of delicious foods but this one is just average/below average! The haleem itself was runny and lacked flavors of spices and herbs. The amount of meat was decent and the amount of haleem was good too. But since the taste wasn't up to the mark, my expectations were not met. To tell you the truth, even 2 years ago, they sold very good and tasty haleem. But now they sell disappointment in the name of haleem, it's a favorite restaurant of mine.
Now for the scam in the name of haleem(I didn't add the photo of this one), it was from the famous and fan-favorite of Mirpur, Rabbani hotel. It was just soo bad in taste, just pure disappointment was found. Zero meat chunk in one kg of haleem, just bones and inedible fats. So it was not just expensive, it was SERIOUSLY a bad haleem as well. The only thing I can say good about it was that it was cooked fresh. During holy Ramadan many people try to serve better foods than regular times, they just took the path of becoming bad businessmen.
Rabbani Hotel, Mirpur 11 এর ফালুদা। তাদের এই আইটেমটা আমার বেশ পছন্দের। কনকনে শীতের সন্ধ্যায় ফালুদার স্বাদ নিতে আবার হাজির হলাম।
